With the hectic pace of modern life, many people feel sressed and over
worked. It can often feel there are not enough hours in the day. This can allow us to feel
unhappy, stressed, impatient, frustrated, anxious, upset ........ect, which can affect your health.

Meditation clears the clutter from the mind, thus making you feel calmer and more focused.
A simple breathing exercise will restore peace and balance. It allows us to find the present
moment, where now matters. It stops us bringing up past events and linking them to the present.
It also stops us from going into the illusional future and thinking 'if only '. Being in the present
moment allows us to fully appreciate now.
The benefits are countless, it helps releave stress and anxiety. It is so relaxing. A simple
breathing exercise will resore peace and balance. Meditation allows us to transform negative
