Delivery
Postage and packing is calculated individually depending on the weight and size of the goods. This will be clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. 

We will use all reasonable efforts to meet your delivery dates, however, we do not guarantee delivery dates. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched from Divine Gifts Online.
Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail and we aim to deliver in 2 - 4 working days

Please note that all prices are within the UK. If you wish to order outside the UK, please email

me your order and I shall contact you with a postage price.

For delivery we quote 7 working days as standard, but in practice you can usually expect your products much sooner. Some products due to heavy demand on stocking levels may take up to 14 days to deliver, in the event of such a delay we will notify you as soon as possible. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. We will give you the choice of waiting for the item to be re-stocked or to cancel the item from the order, a refund given where necessary.

We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address, please email us in such a case when you place your order - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

Returns
We would like you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you decide to return your goods because you do not like them, then simply return the item or items to us within 7 days after the day you received the goods, unused and in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund the purchase price paid.
On cancellation of your order, we will request that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, in which case we will meet the cost of return. We will take great care to safely and securely pack all goods. However if they are found to be damaged upon receipt, we ask that you email us immediately. We shall then contact you to discuss the options available to resolve the matter.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received. 
 
Regarding orders sent to you at the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'not called for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being posted out once again. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your privacy is extremely important to us, the details we collect from you, name, address, phone numbers and email address will not be shared with any third parties and will be solely used for your order only.

Tax Charges
All prices include VAT (17.5%). Overseas purchasers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes required.

Disclaimer
While our website is as accurate as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be displayed correctly on different computer screens. The dimensions of our items are intended to give an approximate indication of size.

We cannot guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or that the website is free from computer viruses, you should take your own precautions in this respect. 

On placing an Order at Divine Gifts Online, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
